SmartPSS Lite for PC and Mac

Add the camera under Devices using its serial number. Open the web interface from the globe icon (Link to Web). Under Settings > Network > P2P, make sure P2P is enabled and Online.

DMSS — mobile app

Sign in to DMSS, select + and SN/Scan, then add the camera using its P2P/serial-number QR code or enter the serial number manually. Enter the camera admin password, name the camera and check the time zone.

RMA authorisation

For warranty returns, include proof of purchase and a precise description of the reason for return.
