GREENMOORE OY – DEVICE AND SERVICE TERMS OF USE Updated 1 October 2026 1. Scope and content These terms apply to the use of equipment purchased or rented from Greenmoore and to separately ordered installation, software, tracking and other services. The relevant sales and rental terms also apply. Mandatory legislation takes precedence. The service provider, content, price, duration, termination terms, any service level and technical requirements are stated before the contract is concluded. Merely purchasing or renting equipment does not include an ongoing cloud service, SIM subscription, alarm receiving centre or round-the-clock monitoring unless separately agreed. 2. Use and operational limitations The user follows the equipment and safety instructions and, according to the agreed allocation of responsibilities, takes care of electricity, network connections, credentials and updates. Material functional limitations are disclosed before the contract. Coverage, the environment and interruptions to electricity or connectivity may affect operation. This does not limit Greenmoore's statutory or agreed liability. The equipment must not be used for unlawful recording, tracking or processing of personal data. In an emergency, call the general emergency number 112. 3. Software and information security Software licences and material third-party terms relevant to the service are provided before the contract. They do not remove Greenmoore's own statutory liability. The user protects their credentials and reports suspected misuse or an information-security issue. Greenmoore is responsible for updates within its responsibility and information concerning them in accordance with law and the contract. 4. Defects and termination Defects must be reported to Greenmoore. A consumer's rights to remedy, a price reduction, termination and damages are determined by law. Restriction of a service must be based on law or the contract, and the restriction must be notified appropriately. An unused advance payment is refunded where the obligation follows from law or the contract. Ending a contract will not be made unreasonably difficult. 5. Personal data and device data General processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice. Service-specific information reflecting the actual implementation is provided for tracking, alarm and cloud services. Where the EU Data Act applies, the information it requires about data from a connected product and related service, and access to that data, is provided. If Greenmoore processes personal data on behalf of a customer, the parties enter into a data-processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR before processing begins. These terms do not replace that agreement. Contact: Greenmoore Oy, info@greenmoore.fi, tel. +358 17 363 8035.
